Tomato Juice

Benefits


  • As the tomato has very low carbohydrate content,it is very good food for diabetic patients and for those who desire to reduce their weight.

  • The juice also cleanses the stomach and the intestines ,hence useful in kidney disorders.

  • It also removes indigestion ,gas and constipation.



Ingredients



2 Small Tomato

1 tsp Honey or 2-3 Dates

Salt ( A pinch for taste)



Method:



Add all the Ingredients in the mixer and make the juice.
